All ASC3/CYC Mobile Citizen Clients,
Unfortunately, at this time ASC3 is unable to renew your Mobile Citizen Internet Connection service.
As
of October 31, 2015 Sprint will be discontinuing the WiMAX Internet service
that we currently offer you through Mobile Citizen. Sprint is replacing
the WiMAX network with a 4G LTE network that is expected to be faster
and to offer expanded coverage.
Unfortunately,
due to numerous circumstances Sprint's new LTE network offering will not be
ready for full implementation in time, and your Mobile Citizen Internet service may stop
working on or before October 31, 2015.
We do not know when we will be able to provide you the new LTE service. In the meantime, please hold on to your device. When the new LTE network offer is available you may need to exchange your current WiMAX modem for a new LTE modem.
We
are very sorry for this disruption. We believe everyone deserves access
to the Internet and we will continue to work on your behalf to make
that a reality.
